Domaine Bousquet was founded by French winemaker Jean Bousquet, who was drawn to the Uco Valley’s pristine conditions over two decades ago. At 1,200 metres above sea level, the vineyard benefits from intense sunlight, cool nights, and rocky soils—ideal for developing rich, concentrated fruit.
All grapes are organically grown and hand-harvested. The wine undergoes a traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by ageing—partially in French oak for 6–8 months—enhancing structure without overpowering the fruit.
