The Process
Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 7% alcohol. The grape’s natural sugar content is then preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics.
Food Pairing
Excellent as dessert wine it matches perfectly with jam tarts fruit salads and pastry. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends
