Glenfiddich

16 products

That triangular bottle with the little stag on it? You already know it. Glenfiddich is the single malt that turned one Scottish valley into the gold standard, and it's the easiest yes when you want something proper in the glass. Start with the 12 Year Old and climb from there. We'll have it at your door tonight.

Pour a Glenfiddich and you get the Speyside house style done right: fresh pear, a little green apple, soft oak and honey, smooth enough to sip neat but with real backbone. The name literally means "valley of the deer," which is where the stag comes from, and almost every bottle on this page is a crowd-pleaser you can hand to a whisky nerd or a total first-timer without a second thought.

Where to start

New to single malt? The Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is the one everybody means when they just say "Glenfiddich." Pear, vanilla, that signature smoothness, KSh6,699 and zero harsh edges. Want the same dram for a longer night, the 1L is KSh9,989.

Ready to level up? The 15 Year Old is where it gets serious. It's married in a big oak vat that never fully empties (the Solera trick), so it lands richer and warmer: dried fruit, baking spice, a long honeyed finish. KSh9,899 and arguably the sweet spot of the whole range.

When you want to flex

The 18 Year Old is the grown-up move at KSh16,999, deeper and more elegant, all baked apple and toffee. Feeling adventurous? Fire & Cane breaks the house rules with a curl of smoke and rum-cask sweetness for KSh8,699, while Project XX layers a stack of different casks into something rich and full (KSh9,899).

When it's a proper occasion, the older stuff earns its keep. The 21 Year Old gets a Caribbean rum-cask finish for KSh43,299, and the 25 Year Old at KSh47,499 is the bottle you open when there's genuinely something to celebrate.

It all sits on our single malt whisky shelf if you want to compare. And whichever one you land on, we run fast across Nairobi at any hour, so a last-minute "we're out of whisky" is a problem we solve before your guests notice.
