On the nose are the attractive notes of brambly berry, black plum and cherry. The palate is fresh and vibrant in ripe fruit notes with velvety tannins and ample acidity. So well balanced and harmonious, with a lasting finish that evolves from fruity to soft and sweet. Best served with roast beef, stews. lamb, vension, pasta or steak.
