Tasting Notes
Nose: Opens up with raisins and cinnamon, before moving onto butterscotch, caramel and apple. An elegant touch of floral malt too.
Palate: A lively well-rounded and mellow palate. Begins with an apple flavor soon merged with clementine notes and honey on toast with a hint of ginger.
Finish: Waxy peels and oak

Distilled in Pot Stills from 100% malted barley, produced at one distillery, aged in barrels; if scotch or Irish, must be aged for at least three years
