Vinification
The harvesting process takes place at night when the temperatures are low for the perfect level of maturity. The juice is then extracted by pressing, staining and fermentation with very low temperatures for three weeks, after which the wine is clarified and kept at low temperatures.
Serving Temperature: 8-10 degrees Celsius.
